This SPAC – Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation- is intended to finance SPACs looking for Sponsors and unable to afford the large costs of their IPOs. The SPAC is thus acquiring a portfolio of SPACs’ Sponsor shares and benefiting of their IPOs. It will then consolidate them into a fund.
