(SFI) \u306f\u3001\u5f93\u6765\u306e\u65b0\u898f\u682a\u5f0f\u516c\u958b (IPO) \u307e\u305f\u306f\u7279\u5225\u8cb7\u53ce\u76ee\u7684\u4f1a\u793e (SPAC) \u306e IPO
