CHR Corporation a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 2022 dans l'\u00c9tat du Delaware, aux \u00c9tats-Unis, pour promouvoir, rechercher et financer des projets immobiliers.<\/p>

Pour son premier projet, CHR Corporation lance un projet r\u00e9sidentiel de luxe, commercial et Ocean Marina appel\u00e9 "NIKOLA" sur la c\u00f4te adriatique de la Dalmatie \u00e0 \u0160ibenik, en Croatie.<\/p>

La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse CHR Eko-Projekt SA a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en f\u00e9vrier 2007 et est audit\u00e9e par Ernst & Young. Elle g\u00e8re strat\u00e9giquement NIKOLA depuis la Suisse avec une structure op\u00e9rationnelle \u00e0 \u0160ibenik, CHR Eko-Projekt DOO qui a achet\u00e9 un bien immobilier de premi\u00e8re ligne sur la c\u00f4te et obtenu l'autorisation d'urbanisme.<\/p>

Le maire et les autorit\u00e9s municipales de \u0160ibenik soutiennent activement NIKOLA qui a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 leurs points de vue sur le d\u00e9veloppement qualitatif et durable de leur r\u00e9gion. La construction et la promotion devraient commencer mi-2016 lorsque l'autorisation de construction d\u00e9taill\u00e9e finale sera d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s de \u0160ibenik.<\/p>
