IPO \u524d\u878d\u8d44\u5230 IPO \u51c6\u5907\u3001\u914d\u552e\u7b49\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b65\u90fd\u5e26\u9886\u516c\u53f8\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5f00\u53d1\u4e86\u67d0\u4e9b\u5546\u4e1a\u65b9\u6cd5\u5e76\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u4e13\u5229\uff0c\u4f7f\u6211\u4eec\u80fd\u591f\u63d0\u4f9b\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u65b9\u6cd5\u4f8b\u5982\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\uff1b\u7528\u4e8e\u98ce\u9669\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u7ea7\u8054 IPO \u6216 SPAC\u3001IPO \u548c SPAC Wagon \u4e1a\u52a1\u65b9\u6cd5\u3001\u7528\u4e8e\u98ce\u9669\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u4e3b SPAC\u3001\u8ff7\u4f60 SPAC \u65b9\u6cd5\u3001\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u8bc1\u5238\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\u548c\u65b9\u6cd5\u6216\u8d44\u672c\u878d\u8d44\u589e\u91cf\u4ef7\u683c\u6cd5\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b8c\u5168\u900f\u660e\u7684\u4e00\u7ad9\u5f0f\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u9690\u85cf\u7684\u8bae\u7a0b\uff0c\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u7684\u9690\u85cf\u8d39\u7528\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5173\u7a0e\u5305\u62ec US$ 500 \u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u9884\u4ed8\u6b3e\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u5408\u5e76\u6240\u6709\u8d39\u7528\u5e76\u534f\u8c03 Swiss Financiers&#039; Inc. \u4fdd\u62a4\u4f1e\u4e0b\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u901a\u8fc7 US$ 5m\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u7b79\u96c6\u5230 US$100m\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u901a\u8fc7\u786e\u5b9a\u548c\u62ab\u9732\u7684 IPO
